How It Works

Studying with us couldn’t be simpler. Over many years of successfully offering distance learning courses, we have refined our procedures to make it as easy as possible for you to gain access to the awards and qualifications you want. That still means that you have to do the hard work and study, of course, but you can rest assured that we are here to help in all the issues of administration, advice and support.

Many home study students now like to have the course materials on-line. That is fine – we can provide that. Others prefer a tangible set of course materials in their hands. That too is fine – we can provide that. In other words, the choice is yours as to how you receive your course – just let us know which you prefer. The materials are identical, in case you were wondering, so neither is better or different from the other.

Contacting your tutor is simple. We will let you have their contact details in the welcome letter we send with the course. All correspondence is by email. We don’t allow contact by ‘phone or any other means as potentially that could be very time-consuming and problematic given the number of students we have studying with us at any one time.

However, should you have an administrative issue, our staff in the office are always available during normal working hours to deal with any query other than those relating to assignments and course content. Don’t hesitate to contact us.

How can you be sure that you are getting recognised qualifications when there is so much in the news about bogus awards? Well, have a look at our website to see who we deal with, and you will notice that we only offer qualifications and certification with the best and most demanding awarding bodies. This means that we have to be constantly on our toes with our quality checks, but this is a guarantee for our students that they are getting something that has been worth paying and working for. If you want to see what our former students think about us, do go on to Review Centre and have a look at the completely independent and anonymous reviews that they submit. We are very conscious of the importance of these reviews, and value the efforts that our students make to let us know what we are doing right, or wrong!

To help you in the process of learning at home, we provide you with a comprehensive Study Guide. This is a valuable tool which will answer many of the questions you are sure to have about how to write and submit assignments. Of course, your tutor will be happy to deal with any other queries you may have, but the Study Guide should be your first port of call.
