This includes health & safety considerations, professional practice in the commercial beauty sector, as well as some of the underpinning knowledge you will need to perform popular nail treatments.
Course Description
On this distance learning Nail Technician course you’ll learn all about the following:
Manicuring nails
Decorating nails with coloured varnish, glitter, gems or special designs
Applying false nails or nail extensions
Cleaning nails
Discussing with your clients what would be most suitable for them
You’ll also learn to check for signs of nail disease and the importance of following careful hygiene procedures.
At the end of this course successful learners will receive a Certificate of Achievementfrom ABC Awards and Certa Awards and a Learner Unit Summary (which lists the components the learner has completed as part of the course).
